All orders in the US over $50 get free standard shipping via USPS. There is a $6 flat rate for shipping on orders under $50 within the US.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of the merchandise ship date. As a courtesy we offer 30 days for returns during the holiday season. This time period includes Black Friday to New Years Eve. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. Final sale items (marked down merchandise), intimates, accessories, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded.
To initiate a return please e-mail email@example.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please include order number and item you would like to return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. We must receive the item back to us within 14 days of the original merchandise ship date or you will no longer be eligible for store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.
All items using a discount code over 20% are FINAL SALE.
All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) and home decor are FINAL SALE.
Any items won during a giveaway are not able to be exchanged or returned.
We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly.

If there are any damages to your items, please email us immediately with a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date.
