Shipping & Returns
All orders in the US over $50 get free standard shipping via USPS. There is a $6 flat rate for shipping on orders under $50 within the US.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
We also ship to Canada! There is a $10 flat rate for standard shipping to Canada. Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-20 business days.
Import taxes and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred. Everest & Co. does not pay these fees on your behalf. In some cases, customs clearance procedures can delay package delivery. It has been our recent experience that most countries do not charge tax or customs fees on our shipments, perhaps due in part to the small size of them. But please be advised that the decision to charge taxes and customs rests entirely with the receiving country.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service.
We will happily accept returns within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a full refund. Any items returned after 10 days will be refunded with store credit only. Shipping will not be refunded. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.
To initiate a return please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line. Please include order number and item you would like to return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. If we do not receive your item back within 10 days of the confirmation of the return, you will receive store credit instead of a full refund.
Once received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

Don't want to go to the post office to return? In your return email let us know and we will send you a prepaid label to print from home! The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This only applies for orders being returned within the 10 days time-frame for a full refund.
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.
All items using a discount code over 15% are FINAL SALE.
All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) and home decor are FINAL SALE.
Any items won during a giveaway are not able to be exchanged or returned.
