Return Policy

To initiate a return please e-mail info@everestandcompany.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please include order number and item you would like to return.

We accept returns within 10 days of the from the date you placed your order for a full refund. Any items returned after 10 days will be refunded with store credit only.   Shipping will not be refunded.  Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered or washed.  

Once received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be notified via email once complete.  Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects.

All items purchased during a sale or promotion are FINAL SALE.

All items using a discount code over 15% are FINAL SALE.

All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) and home decor are FINAL SALE.

Any items won during a giveaway are not able to be exchanged. 

Damages

If there are any damages to your items, please email us immediately at info@everestandcompany.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date.
